1. General

This website is operated by Breathtaking Branding (Pty/Ltd). Throughout the site, the

terms refer to Breathtaking Branding (Pty/Ltd) We may update

these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the site following any changes

constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Products

We sell clothing and apparel, including but not limited to shirts, dresses, pants, jackets,

and accessories. All product descriptions, images, and prices are presented as

accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color or appearance may occur due

to lighting or screen display. Sizes may vary slightly; please refer to our size guide

before purchasing.

3. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. All

prices are in rand value and include 15% Value Added Tax (VAT). We accept payments

via Credit Cards, Debit Cards EFT payments and a Payment Portal for our online store

that is managed by Peach Payments. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

4. Shipping

We process orders within seven (7) working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email

with tracking once your order is shipped. Shipping times and rates vary depending on

your location. Please see our Shipping Policy for details. We are not responsible for

delays due to customs, courier issues, or incorrect shipping information.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Typical Return & Exchange Policies for Personalized Items:

1.⁠ ⁠No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse:

Since personalized items are made specifically for the customer, We do not accept

returns for reasons like wrong size, change of mind, or dislike of the design (unless the

item was made incorrectly).


2.⁠ ⁠Exceptions for Errors or Defects:

If there’s a production mistake (wrong name, misspelling, incorrect color/design) or the

item arrives damaged, we can offer:

 A free replacement

 A refund

 Or if agreed, a discount or partial refund if the customer agrees to keep the item.

3.⁠ ⁠Customer-Provided Errors:

If the customer made the error (e.g., submitted the wrong name or spelling), we cannot

be held liable for a refund or exchange.

4.⁠ ⁠Time Limits:

We require customers to report issues within a specific timeframe, Within 7 days after

receiving the product.

5.⁠ ⁠Proof Required:

Customers may need to provide photos of the issue to qualify for a return or

replacement.

6. Account Information

You may be required to create an account to place an order. Keep your login credentials

confidential. We are not liable for unauthorized use of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our site (photos, logos, designs, etc.) is owned by Breathtaking Branding

and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of our products or

website.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
